Exercise #1 - Leg Lifts
Leg lifts are the perfect exercise to get curves. Each leg lift helps to build the glute, and strengthen the hip muscles. Each of these muscles have a round appearance, so will make you curvy over time.
Lay down flat with your arms to each side. Slowly lift your legs up until they are at a 90 degree angle. Then slowly lower them back down to the ground. Repeat for 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
Exercise #2 - Sit-ups
Sit-ups are very important to building curves as they can help you burn fat, and can slim your waist. The appearance of a feminine hourglass figure is in part of having a slimmer waist than hip area.
Lay on your back with your knees bent forming a "tepee" shape to the ground. Raise your head by contracting your abs and lift your upper body up from the ground. Repeat for 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
Exercise #3 - Squats
Squats are magic for building curves in your glutes and hip area, while tightening your abs and core. If you do squats you will notice your butt will become more round, and your waist slimmer.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Then drop your hips so that you go into a squatting position, as if you are sitting at the edge of an "air" chair. Then rise back into a full standing position. Repeat for 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
Remember that every body is different, so adjust the workouts to fit your personal requirements.
