Tip 1. Find a diet that works for you

Having the proper diet can work wonders in losing weight as a trans woman. Whether you're on HRT or not, eating the right source of nutrients, and cutting out the bad fats, and sugars can help you slim down quickly. Whenever you can, try to eat more healthy.

A few diets that are highly recommended include:

  • The Vegan Diet 
  • The Keto Diet

Tip 2. Establish a workout schedule and routine

Establishing a workout schedule that you can maintain will work wonders for shedding pounds on the road to achieving your goal. Start slow, and work your way up. Try getting a membership at your local gym. Places such as Planet Fitness, or Crunch are great for going 3-4 times per week. Aim for a minimum of 30 minutes each session. There are a number of workout routines that you can follow, and the gym has all of the machines that you need to accomplish your goal. 

Tip #3 - Walk more often

One of the best ways to burn fat is to stay active on your feet. Try to walk or jog whenever you have the opportunity. Instead of driving to the store, put the keys down, and walk. Not only will you feel better by getting fresh air, you will  also increase your stamina, and lose some weight in the process.

Try a combination of these simple tips and tricks, and you should be able to shed the pounds that you've been trying to lose.
